Introduction

A QR code is a type of barcode that can be read easily by a digital device and which stores information as a series of pixels in a square-shaped grid. QR Codes provide access to information in a quick and secure way. QR onboarding in Oloid Platform simplifies and improves the onboarding experience for the users.

Pre-requisite

You should be a Tenant Admin in the Oloid Platform.

To create QR Code

  1. Access the Oloid Platform. Log in to your account with the appropriate credentials.
  2. Navigate to the “Users” menu. In the “Directory” section, select the “Users” menu.
  3. Create a QR Code. In the “Users” page select the user for whom you want to create a QR Code. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. For detailed guide on QR onboarding, refer How to create QR Code as credential for users.
