What’s New & Improvements

Oloid Tenant Admin Portal

Updated Email Templates for Invites and Password Recovery The Invite and Forgot Password email templates have been updated across all tenants to improve clarity and consistency.
Key updates include:
- The From email address has been updated from admin@oloid.ai to no_reply@oloid.ai for Admin Invite and Forgot Password emails.
- Email templates now include the Tenant name, allowing users to easily identify the source of the email.
- These updates apply to emails sent from both the Admin Portal and User Portal.
  Note: No action is required from admin. The updated templates are applied automatically to all tenants.

Endpoints

“Back Online” Email Notification for Endpoints A “Back Online” email notification is sent when an endpoint returns to an online state after being offline. This improvement helps admin to:
- Quickly identify when endpoints are operational again.
- Monitor the endpoint availability without performing manual checks.

Webkey Application

Re-Consent Support for Users in WebKey Webkey now supports Re-Consent for users. With this enhancement:
- Users are prompted to provide consent again when the consent template is updated or re-applied.
