Errors/Warnings Cause Suggested Solution 1 Offline and user not present (only for Badge) Admin app: User is not allowed to sign in User not present in portal Credentials not created. Credentials created but machine not associated Use badge for offline transaction. 2 Endpoint not paired Pair Endpoint 3 Endpoint deleted from the platform but not deleted from the windows machine Gets automatically deleted 4 Endpoint deactivated from the platform Does not allow any transaction Admin should go to portal and activate it 5 User not found Not created user credentials credential created but not assigned to user face not added Admin should create 6 user found but no passwords shared credential is not created Create and assign shared credential 7 badge user found but pin not set Pin is not set up Set up pin for User using Ipad or portal 8 clicked badge login link , didn’t scan or face not shown (Time out/cancel button) default timeout : 30sec Scan again after timeout Scan your face after timeout 9 badge scan but pin not enter(Time out/cancel button) default timeout : 30sec Enter PIN after badge scan 10 User list (Time out/cancel button) Attempt another transaction
