# Oloid Verify QRG - How to Kill and Relaunch the App

## Steps to Kill and Relaunch the App

**Step 1: Close the App**

* Swipe up from the bottom of the iPad screen and pause in the middle to display recently used apps.

**Step 2: View Open Apps**

* All running apps are displayed.

**Step 3: Kill the App**

* Locate **Oloid Verify**.
* **Swipe the app upward** to force close it.

**Step 4: Relaunch the App**

* Tap the **Oloid Verify** app icon to reopen the app.
