* Style: **Screen recording with AI voiceover**
* Voice generation: **Clueso**
* Post-production: **Canva**
* Audience: **Mixed (Tenant Admins, IT Admins, Support teams)**

All videos must be **clear, concise, technically accurate, and aligned with Oloid’s documentation standards.**

***

## 1️⃣ Recording Guidelines

### 🎥 Screen Recording Standards

* Record in **Full HD (1920 × 1080 or similar proportion)**.
* Use **100% browser zoom** unless UI clarity requires adjustment.
* Use a **clean demo environment** with no irrelevant data.
* Close unnecessary tabs and disable notifications before recording.

***

### 🖱 Cursor Movement

Cursor movement should guide the viewer’s attention clearly.

* Move the cursor **deliberately and slowly**.
* **Pause briefly before clicking** to highlight the action.
* Avoid rapid or erratic movements.
* Keep the cursor focused on the **active UI area**.

***

### 🔎 Visual Focus

* Use zoom **only when necessary**.
* Avoid excessive zoom effects.
* Keep transitions **minimal and clean**.
* Ensure **UI text is clearly readable** throughout the recording.

***

## 2️⃣ Script Guidelines

Micro videos (1–2 minutes) must be **tightly structured and concise**. Avoid improvisation.

***

### 🔹 Objective First

Start the video with a clear outcome statement.

**Format**

“Welcome to the video tutorial on how to configure \[Feature Name] in the Tenant Admin Portal.”

Keep the introduction direct and instructional.
Avoid marketing language.

***

### 🔹 Standard Script Structure (Micro Guide)

### 1. Introduction (10–15 seconds)

* State what the user will accomplish.
* Mention the system area being used.

Example:

“In this video, we’ll walk through how to configure Windows Login settings in the Tenant Admin Portal.”

***

### 2. Prerequisite Reminder (Optional – \~5 seconds)

Include only when required for the task.

Example:

“Ensure you have Tenant Admin access before proceeding.”

***

### 3. Step-by-Step Walkthrough (60–90 seconds)

* Follow the **logical UI order**.
* Use **one action per sentence**.
* Match **exact UI labels**.
* Avoid filler phrases such as “basically,” “simply,” or “just.”

***

### 4. Outcome Statement (10 seconds)

End the video by reinforcing the expected result.

Example:

“Once configured, users can securely authenticate using their assigned credentials.”

***

### 🔹 Script Writing Rules

✅ Use **second person (“you”)**
✅ Keep sentences **short and clear**
✅ Use **exact product terminology**
✅ Define acronyms on first use
✅ Mirror official documentation steps

❌ Avoid marketing language
❌ Avoid filler phrases
❌ Avoid overly long sentences

## 🎙 Voiceover Standards (Clueso AI Generated)

All Oloid Help Center videos use **AI voice generation in Clueso**.

Voiceovers are created by **adapting approved documentation scripts** into a concise narration suitable for video demonstrations.

***

### 🔹 Script Source

* Start with **approved Help Center documentation**.
* Do **not change the logic or steps**.
* Adjust wording slightly to make it **natural for spoken delivery**.
* Ensure terminology **matches the product UI exactly**.

The video must accurately reflect the documentation.

***

### 🔹 Tone Calibration for AI Voice

Even though narration is AI-generated, it must sound:

* **Professional**
* **Neutral**
* **Confident**
* **Clear**

Use **Matilda’s voice in Clueso**.

Avoid:

* Overly conversational tone
* Marketing phrases
* Excited emphasis
* Humor or informal expressions

***

## 3️⃣ Editing & Post-Production Guidelines (Canva Workflow)

All Oloid Help Center videos follow this post-production workflow:

1. Screen recording is completed
2. AI voiceover is generated in **Clueso**
3. The exported video is imported into **Canva**
4. Final edits and visual elements are applied in Canva

Post-production should **enhance clarity without distracting from the instructional content**.

***

### 🔹 Standard Editing Flow

### Step 1: Import to Canva

* Upload the **final screen recording with AI voiceover**.
* Trim unnecessary silence at the **beginning and end**.
* Ensure the **cursor movement and narration are properly synced**.

***

### 🔹 Intro Slide (5–7 seconds)

Purpose: Establish the topic and maintain branding consistency.

Include:

* Feature name (exact product terminology)
* Oloid branding (consistent logo placement)
* Clean, minimal background

Keep the intro **simple and professional**.

***

### 🔹 On-Screen Pointers & Highlights

Pointers help guide viewer attention.

Pointers should:

* Highlight specific UI elements.
* Appear **exactly when referenced in narration**.
* Remain **clean and subtle**.

Avoid excessive animation or distracting effects.

***

### 🔹 Background Music

Standardized music is added in Canva.

**Music track:** *Positive Ideas*

Settings:

* Reduce music volume to **5**
* Increase narration volume to **150**

Music should remain **subtle and ambient** and must **never compete with narration**.

Avoid dramatic or energetic tracks.

***

### 🔹 Outro Slide (5–7 seconds)

Purpose: Provide closure and guide users to documentation.

Standard format:

“Contact Oloid support for any query - [Support@oloid.ai](mailto:Support@oloid.ai)”

Include:

* Oloid branding
* Clean background

Avoid promotional messaging.

***

### 🔹 Visual Cleanliness Standards

Before exporting the final video, verify:

✅ No personal or sensitive data visible
✅ Sensitive information blurred in **Clueso during voice sync**
✅ Demo environment appears clean
✅ No notifications or pop-ups
✅ Cursor movement appears controlled and intentional

***

### 🔹 Audio-Visual Sync Check

Before final export from Canva:

* Narration aligns with cursor movement
* No narration plays before the visual action occurs
* No lag between clicks and explanations
* No abrupt audio cuts
