# Oloid Connect - Hardware and Software Requirements

> This document provides the hardware and Software requirements needed to install Oloid Connect App.

## Hardware requirement for Oloid Connect installation

### Hardware Requirement for iPad

Model

iPad mini, iPad Pro (11- inch) and newer

Camera

True Depth Camera (Recommended)

Mount and Case for the iPad

Recommended for secure placement and durability

Offline Mode Support for FR

iPad mini, iPad Pro (11- inch) and newer

## Software Requirement

The Oloid Connect application requires iOS 15 or later. To ensure compatibility, security, and performance, keep the iPad updated to the most recent supported iOS version.

## Electrical and Power Requirement

* 120V outlet access for charging device.
* PoE adapter, if the customer prefers a wired network connection.

## iPad Installation

For Installation of the iPad, the recommended height to mount the iPad is 5 feet. This is to cater to people with different heights. However, for employees for whom recommended height is too high, a separate iPad may be mounted at a lower height.

## Others

* Make sure there is enough light around the iPad so the user's face is clearly visible.
* iPad should be mounted in such a way that the camera of device is at 5 feet height from the floor.
